Course One: The Crisp Sensation

The experience begins at the table.The expertly roasted duck is presented with crisp, golden skin and carved tableside to reveal tender, richly coloured meat beneath. Delicate slices of duck skin are served with warm Chinese pancakes, alongside spring onions, cucumber, and a restrained touch of house-made black bean sauce. Course Two: From One Duck into Three Carefully Crafted Dishes

The second course highlights the versatility of the remaining duck meat, thoughtfully prepared by our skilled chef into three distinct dishes, each served with warm steamed rice:

• Shredded duck with fragrant black pepper sauce
• Shredded duck gently tossed with seaweed and plum sauce
• Diced duck sautéed with vegetables and mushrooms
