Crafted with care by our native chef, this exclusive dish is available up to end of September, 2025, at our award-winning dining venue, with 3 choices of mouth watering dishes. Nyonya cuisine, also known as Peranakan cuisine, is a unique fusion of Chinese and Malay cooking styles, prominent in Southeast Asia, particularly in Malaysia and Singapore. It's characterized by its vibrant flavors, which are a blend of spicy, sweet, tangy, and aromatic ingredients. Nyonya dishes often feature hand-pounded spices, intricate preparation techniques, and a heavy reliance on local herbs and spices.


Chicken Curry Kapitan

A Traditional Chinese Peranakan dish for ROYAL SULTAN PALACE, with varieties of spices, herbs and coconut milk, slow cooked chicken with a taste of mild, spicy and rich curry gravy.

Nyonya Curry Fresh Fish or Seafood

Well-known Chinese Nyonya home cooked curry dish, with varieties of spices, tamarind, ginger flower, and coconut milk, cooked with fresh fish or seafood, eggplant and lady fingers.

Devil’s Curry Duck

A traditional combination with Portuguese and Chinese Nyonya dish, slow cooked duck with spices, mustard and yoghurt in a curry gravy.

Every Sunday, our legendary ‘All You Can Eat Sunday Dim Sum Brunch’ is available between 10.30 AM - 2.30 PM.

The greens are crisp, fresh, and expertly cooked to maintain their natural sweetness.
